- 89–60 days before the tour: 25% of the deposit is charged.
- 59–45 days before the tour: 50% of the deposit is charged.
- 44–30 days before the tour: 75% of the deposit is charged.
- 29 days or less before the tour: 100% of the deposit is charged.
Important: Refunds will only be issued to the account used for the original payment.
